Returns and Refunds
Thank you for shopping with Cornflower Blue. I hope you will be delighted with everything you buy here. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please get in touch. I'm here to help.
To return an item please email email@example.com and send your item to Cornflower Blue, 68 Kew Green, Kew, TW9 3AP. Returns will be accepted within 30 days of purchase, provided they are returned in as sold, unused condition, in their original packaging and with a copy of your invoice.
Once I receive your item, I will email to acknowledge receipt and notify you of the status of your refund. If the refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original credit card or alternative payment method. Please note that it can take several days for credit to appear in your account. Exchanges or credit vouchers can also be arranged.
I regret that I am unable to refund the cost of return postage.
